Winston Yung, WG’98
Winston Yung, WG’98, is a partner of McKinsey & Co. in Hong Kong, focusing on serving financial institutions on a broad range of issues, including strategy, risk management, and corporate finance across Greater China.
Before joining McKinsey, he was chief financial officer of a global, top-five smartphone manufacturer with US$20B market capitalization, where he supervised accounts, board affairs, business finance, investment, and worked in investor relations functions
He was named “Best CFO” in the technology category by Institutional Investor in 2011. Yung graduated from the University of Hong Kong with first class honors, and received a Palmer Scholarship from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania, where he double majored in finance and accounting.
